A likely association copy that belonged to poet, author, publisher, and Black Mountain College Alumn Jonathan Williams, whose bookplate is affixed to the interior front cover. A small portion of blue-lined paper to the upper corner of the front free endpaper bears Eliot's signature with the usual quick line drawn below.
