Heinz Rollman was a wealthy German businessman who, after fleeing the Nazi regime, founded an industrial shoe factory in Waynesville, NC. This is Rollman's self-published edition of his work outlining his proposal for the formation of a "peace army." He mailed editions out to politicians including Eisenhower, who ignored the book but cited Rollman once JFK began the formation of the Peace Corp in the 60s.
