The binding and hinges are in fine condition, some rubbing to raised bands and spinal extremities, while the interior pages are toned and foxed as is typical of books this age. The first ten pages are missing but have been replaced with color reprints of the actual pages as they appeared in 1699. The index contains more than a dozen medical illustrations. Very good.
