A good solid copy in original full brown morocco somewhat rubbed and skinned with a double strapwork effect with double bosses together with Caxton's initials in relief on both covers and two original metal clasps (bottom pin missing) to the fore-edge, all edges red. Small and light previous owner's embossed ex libris stamp to head of title page. Good. Item #7317
First printed in 1474 and later reprinted in 1482 with woodcuts added. This is Vincent Figgins's splendid facsimile of the 1482 Westminster Caxton edition produced to benefit The Printers' Almshouses at Wood Green, Tottenham.
