Near fine all in original black cloth boards and very good in what appears to be a home-made dust jackets that have slight color bleed-through to the foot and head of interior dust jacket spine and some corners. Volume two has a previous owner stamp to rear paste-down endpaper and volume three's dust jacket has some creasing to rear edge of flap, yet these remain overall clean and handsome editions. This is four volumes of the five that were published by Arkham House. Volume four is missing, but one, two, three, and five are all present. Volumes one and five are both first editions, first printings from printings of 2,500 and 5,000 respectively, and volumes two and three are both second printings. Each volume has an introduction by editors and publishers of Arkham House, August Derleth and Donald Wandrei.
